Report from Deb

The team is inside Michigan and expect to be at St. Ignace in two days. They are having a lot of trouble with cell phones to the point where they are unable to contact each other. Marc took a wrong turn the other day and Mike and Tom had to flag down passing motorists to ask them to give a message to Marc if they came upon him. Fortunately, a woman turned around and drove back and found Marc to tell him the correct route. John is taking very good care of them still – great meals and making sure they have everything they need – all they have to do is mention something and he takes care of it for them. John is hiking with his backpack every day to make sure he continues his training for Mt. Kilamanjaro. The weather has been good, but tomorrow they are expecting rain, so if so they will have a rest day.
